ad Boxes to duplicate itself on post thread view pages

have them automatically pop up on the thread/post pages, when clicking on them, so that the page layout is the same , when clicking a view thread or post page with a different ad boxes can be used, although the ad boxes are in the same place as the index page, including Header/footer banner boxes too.
and not have to chmod them if at all possible as the first option if possible to do?
