ACP Style Editor and Color pallete?

I would like to see an addition in the 1.4.x version acp..., I would like to have a similar theme editor feature but not just for front-end themes but for acp style edits so that you can actually customize the acp layout css directly from the acp..., also it would be nice to have a handy feature of a popup color palette as an addition to the theme css editing functions in both front-end theme edits and acp style edits.
