Activate/Deactivate All Plugins

This would be helpful for upgrades. Put a button in the plugin manager to deactivate (or activate) every plugin.

  2. I would agree with destroyer. If this were to be implemented, then some sort of confirmation would be necessary.

  3. The best would be to put a check box together with each plugin and an Apply button. Also a "select all/desellect all/invert selection" option should be present. That is the best way to manage active/inactive plugins :)
