Administrator can force Classic or Horizontal Postbit

The administrator of the forums should be able to force a postbit on users. Many admins are complaining that the users are viewing their forum in a way that was not intended.

  2. I sure hope it is.

    I have customized my classic postbit to extremes, and yet users keep asking me "How can i see people's gamertags?" etc. It always ends up that they are using the new postbit.
