Banning improvement

It would be great if the banning system got improved. A couple of things that I would like would be the ability to ban by minutes or hours if possible and adding a "Ban" Button to each post so when I click it, it takes me to ban dialog and saves the admin a step by not having to click the username and then clicking the "Ban this user in Admin CP" in order to get there. That can save a bit of time and the option should be enabled or disabled if needed. One other improvement should be the ability to use MyCode in a ban reason so you can bold text, underline it, put a hyperlink, etc...

  2. ^ Would be nice to have a textarea though, for those admins who like giving extensive information :P

    I somewhat agree with minutes. I mean, 2 Years??? A 2 year ban seems very impractical - someone banned for 2 years is unlikely ever to come back, either that, or make a dupe account...
    Better to have some minute based bans rather than a 2 year ban.
