Buddy List Shown in Signature

Well, the main idea is, when you have friends your signature is displayed like:

___________________
Friends List: Name, Name, Name

Signature

And when you have no friends, it's shown like normal.

More Suitable as Plugin

  1. That would add a lot of queries and overhead to forums. I don't believe this would be a useful core feature but might make for a fun plugin.

  6. I'd say like a link were WWW and AIM and all that stuff is, maybe like a link to add people to your buddy list, or under the avatar something that says:

    Friends? yes

    If no, then

    Friends? no Click here to add him to your buddy list!

  7. It's true that we need to integrate the buddy list more, because now it's just hidden in a corner in the User CP, but I don't think the postbit is the right place for this. Perhaps the profile page?
