Bump topic to top after edit

This is better suited as a mod, since not everyone would want this to happen on their boards.

I frequently edit my posts after posting them, and I think that, as the title states pretty straightforwardly, there should be a mod that bumps the topic to the top of the threads list after it's been edited.
