Bumping without posting (for inline moderation)

I think there should be an option for moderators or administrators to bump a thread without the need to post a new message. I've seen this feature in one forum where I am one of the staff members, and I personally think that this is quite useful especially to draw the users attention to a 'sunken' thread.

  1. I've suggested this before and LOVE this idea. Along with it, I think the option of replying to a thread WITHOUT bumping it would be great (a "sage" option, like on imageboard software).
