Custom Templates Easier

I think that we should be able to have some kind of system with MyBB to have custom Templates using the forum alot easier. Without it being incorporated in the system it is fairly hard to complete on your own. I think this would be a good addition to MyBB because people would have a better sense of setting up a custom page to show people a contest rather then having to show them a thread.

  1. You can add you own templates already, and you can show them on your custom page included in MyBB.

  2. I think he wants an easier way of including custom templates into the forum...perhaps some kind of method similar to how mediawiki includes templates (with the addition of {{Template name}}) in an article...

  3. I think better custom template tutorials would be nice but not needed in the admincp. It's already very powerful. But who knows...the mybb team might be able to create some great tool. I believe tikitikit was working on some plugin creator mod.
