DHTML/Ajax Category Expansion

It would add a nice feel to the board. When you expand/hide a category, it has that nice Dynamic sliding effect. Though this may slow your forum down, so having it as optional would be nice, BP

That wouldn't be AJAX, that would just be some fancier javascript coding than we have now :p

I think he was just stating that AJAX isn't required for that - just 'facier javascript' than what we have now. ;)

I dont think it should matter if its fancier, unless it can be done already!
and thats without any upgrades?
I really dont understand what youre trying to say , Justin?
Can you imagine if everything upgradable was just in the fancier category? or if somone that thought it was fancier, didnt make it? -

It could be done in fancy Javascript or DHTML, not really AJAX I suppose.

i say just make it, without snickering over if its gotta be ajax or whatever, its an awesome idea, i would get right on it but im so busy making themes im doing this instead :))
actually, im so busy trying to stop making messes out of my template and to figure out chmodding, but its good to laugh once in awhile, even if its at yourself, it get hectic and frustrating, thats for sures! -

This would be more along the lines of do it yourself. No?
Since It is something that isn't really needed, pointless to some people, and many would take it off.
