Editor in Forum Annoucement.

It would be good, if an editor like what will be added to the signature area in MyBB 1.4 to AdminCP in Forum announcement.

This would save a lot of time for admin to post announcement.

  1. I think it's assumed that administrators are generally aware of how to use MyCode/HTML formatting and therefore the editor isn't shown to reduce the loading time of the page.

  2. But adding them wouldn't take long tiem to load, but quicker time to post. Isn't it?

  3. I believe admins wouldn't mind a little longer loading time. I mean what is 10 seconds for us going to do?
