Emotes/post icons availible only for certain ranks

Apologies for the unclear title -- was limited to 50 chars. Quite simply, different ranks can be allowed access to different smilies. I imagine you'd need to create different groups of smilies, then have check boxes for each smiley group for each rank. If a regular user was to quote a privileged user who used an exclusive smiley (for example), the smiley would not be parsed and would simply be deleted from the post, or the user would be alerted that they were not allowed to use that smiley. It might sound kinda petty with smilies, but with post icons it could be useful.

Mainly with the post icons, this idea would work great with. If you want a forum with a post icon for news type subjects, then another forum with smilies, then another forum of files and categories of the files. Would be nice to have. :)
