FULL Ignore functionality

Currently the ignore function only works for PMs. I would like to see users given the ability to ignore a user's posts as well.

  1. This is already in MyBB 1.4

    By default the posts by ignored users are shown collapsed and using Javascript you can expand them to view them if you wish.
