License the project under the GNU GPL (even if it is dual licensed with the current licence) to make the Bulletin Board more attractive for new installations.

I don't see the kneed for a custom licence and the project can still be made commercial at a future point if the developers intend to do that.

  1. The custom license protects us and our code which is how we've designed it & for now we plan to stick with it
