Group specific custom MyCode

At the moment all custom MyCode can be used by everyone, I was wondering if it was possible to add a restriction option so that only some user groups are allowed to use certain pieces of custom MyCode.

This would be particularly useful with the tags used by admins and mods explaining why they edited a post, clearly, normal users have no reason to need to, or be able to, use this.

  2. http://ideas.mybboard.net/idea/reason-for-edit - that's probably a better solution than to use a MyCode to leave an edited notice.

    What other MyCodes need to be restricted to usergroups?
