In vbulletin the administrator can set custom user titles. I'm not talking about like Admin, Mod, VIP or anything but custom user titles. In Vbulletin its

Yes, Admin set (HTML Allowed)

I think this would be an excellent feature just to add some colour and it would be better for premium users.
