They should add an I.M. System in like Vbulletin has.

More Suitable as Plugin

  3. I don't think this is really necessary. We have listings for AIM and MSN names. If you need to get in contact with someone you don't really know that well, an IM is sort of intrusive. A site-wide chat would be a higher priority than this, IMO.
