Individual User Rank Images

As far as I know, rank images can be assigned to usergroups at the moment. But what if I want the leader of a certain group for example to have an image with the text 'Lead Developer' for example. I know I can do that with by custom user title but I have no ability of making custom user badge, do I? What do you think? This can be used in many other sitiuations, such as if you have one co-admin. He is an administrator just like you but you don't want him to have the same rank image 'Administrator' like you. You and him are in the same group which is administrators but you want him to have an image with the badge 'Assistant admin'. And you the badge 'Head Admin'. What do you think about that?

I'd love this because I use the user rank images as little icons next to the username meaning I could give special icons for certain users without having to change their rank.
