I know at the moment there is certain ones but i think skype, googletalk should be added.

even maybe have the ability for the admin to add their own.

  1. yes there should be googletalk as i now know a number of people have gmail :) so they have googletalk and i use skype as well but googletalk i use the most so do all my friends and so on.

  3. I don't think these should be added automatically to a new version of MyBB. There are just WAY too many different chatting and VOIP services to start adding more options. If we add one, we are going to have to add them all.

    Personally, I don't think Google Talk and Skype are popular enough yet to have them standard. ICQ, AIM, Yahoo and MSN are the most popular four and they will probably stay that way for a while now.

  6. Google Talk is up there too google is grown alot. Just give us the option to choose which ones are included, I mean it is only adding 2 more.
