IP.B 2.3.x profile page

A page replacing member.php?action=profile&uid=X that closely resembles IP.B's profile page.

  8. mybb showed off making an amazingly not cluttered admin still with many features. I think they should do the profile next. :P I wouldn't mind having all the profile features, but I don't want it to be cluttered. I also think a disable feature or the "new" and "classic" profile switch would be awesome.
