language choice for guest

Allow, for the guest, to choose your language board with a List of choice at the bottom of board.

  1. I don't think guests should be given that much choice in the language situation. If they want to have the forum display in their language, they should register and change it for themselves.

  2. I have got a block on my mkportal for choose language but guest can't use it :-/

  3. I think this is a good idea. If you think about it, if a visitor that does not speak in the default language of the board, he/she should have the first opportunity to change the langauge to his/her own native language if available. That way the user will more quickly understand the interface, and how to register, etc, without having to use something like Google Translator
