making css and templates 100% admincp editable

Some css items are not in the css...such as the newthread.gif and newreply.gif. Also some images are hard coded so that even if you name a new folder for a theme like "images/test" some images still pull from "images/" such as star.gif. There are others too. It just would be proper imho and easier for theme designers to make 100% themes not just 90% as it is now.

  3. yeah. It's hard to theme MyBB because you can't easy access all css data.

  5. Yes i agree the on.gif, off.giff and offlock.gif should be included also in this so as to allow users to change them to what they wish rather than just upload files with the same name.
