Move quick login to top

I think the quick login box should be moved to the top of the page.
A 'quick' login box at the bottom of a page loses its functionality.

  1. I agree, but the problem is where to put it. At the moment there isn't really any space...unless we use Javascript to make it appear when a link is clicked...

  4. I moved mine to just above the forum display, under the breadcrumb and aligned right. Looks good there to me :)
