A scripts that allow other cerate a new forum.

  2. I think he means like non-administrators can create forums. But not everyone needs this if you trust someone to create forums why not just give them administrator access?

  6. Yeah this definitely should not be part of the core MyBB. The majority of users will not use this functionality.

    However it would be nice if someone released a separate package with the multiple forum feature
