Open PM in same window option

Hello,

When the popup 'You have received PM' appears and when you click ok on it, it would be useful to do as vBulletin by adding a second question 'Do you want to open in a new window ?', and if you would click on cancel, the message would be displayed on the same window without openning a new one.

EDIT : Popups are a bit annoying.. adding a sort of 'bar' to the top of the screen would sure be better, thanks to tyros2000 for the idea

  1. i think they the popup should be removed and instead a div bar should appear at the top of the page in red or something (in the tmeplates could be {pm-alert} or something so people can style and mvoe it on their own themes) saying you have unread pms, it is a lot less intrusive and would look nicer.

  2. Actually I think sort of like what IPB has done where it isn't really a popup but a little box that appears (ajax style) and looks really clean and gives you some information about the PM. Even when you didn't reload the page it still appears.

  3. The popup doesn't exist anymore in 1.4. I think that's all I can say at this point (I don't think I should have even said that it was removed ...:P)
