Option to subscribe to child forums in parent forum

When we discovered that in order for all our board players to get email notices would be to subscribe to each sub forum, my friend and I thought it'd be nice to have to option of also subscribing to child forums when subscribing to a parent forum. So instead of subscribing to the six child forums, they can choose to subscribe to them from the parent forum at one time.
