Sounds like a good idea. It'd need to come with settings/permissions like "maximum polls per post" etc.

So....more than one poll on a page right? This would be a good addition...and it would save creating a load of extra threads...

I coded a php poll system which linked off mybb users because i definately needed multichoice :).
This is a good idea. :)

Basically this is a survey then not a poll. I am not sure it's something I see very often in forum software besides IPB. And I certainly don't see many IPB sites utilizing it very often. But...if it can be done with minimal changes to core files I don't see why not. I will reserve my vote for now...maybe someone can sway my opinion one way or the other.

Sounds nice, but personally I don't see the need for it. I've never had the need or want to have any more than one poll per thread. :P

Yeah we need to have forums where you can have a number of polling improvements. For instance only admin sees results of voting, so you can hide the final tally of a poll or voting. Multiple selections of a polling.

A little belated I know, but I also think this is a good idea. Perhaps it's not used often, but there are multiple times when I would've benefited from having this on my forums.
