Quick Edit for Forum Annoucnments

Say, for instance, a new person was put on the forum staff. It's tad bit cumbersome to have to have the admin go into the AdminCP, search through the announcements to find the one that needs editing, and then edit it.

Adding the ability for the administrator (and maybe other groups that the Admin gives the ability to, via a group/user permission) to have a "Quick Edit" function for the announcement would be pretty useful for quick changes to it, I'd think. :)
