Searchable Custom Fields -- New User Search

I have in my custom-MyBB had the code changed so that when you use the AdminCP to create a new customprofile-field, you can set it 'searchable' by the users as well. This works great in our community but I think it could be very useful for everyone.

Say you have a schoolsite, sportsteam, dramaclub, gaming group...you name it....you're likely to create a customprofilefield to collect info like class/position/role/equipment/joblevel/industry....whatever it is that people find interesting to share with others. Now that you share it...it would be interesting as well to allow other users to look you up by this field.

So my suggestion is 2-tiered...

- in the process of creating a new custom profilefield, allow the admin to choose whether users can search by this field or not
- create a new 'search user'-page that allows you to look up other users not only by username (like currently) but also by any of these 'searchable customfields'

I already have a working code for this which I would be happy to share with MyBB-staff if necessary.
