Thread Tags (not the web 2.0 kind)

This feature could be useful in a variety of diferent forums, you could have tags at the start of threads.

For example in a graphics request forum you could have [Signature], [Avy], [Other] which users could pick and then [In Progress], [Completed] which people with the appropriate permissions (eg Graphics Team/Mods) could change to.
