Many Administrators have had been fussing over the issues of advertisement space. Therefore, what I think that would be great is to implement both a Three Column Design for MyBBoards and a better and collaborative Administration Panel. Three Column Design: Implement a flexible yet good design like PHPBB would give an advantage over the market. Flexiblity: Users can edit codings easily and add pictures as backgrounds and gradients. Collaborative Administration Panel: Letting users search for useful articles on MyBB support corners with an up-to-date or updated directory of articles and user manuals, whether skinning issues or bug fixing. ^ - I think if MyBB started a special ticket system for people who need to fix bugs, that would be good. Ticket System: Support Teams will logon to a special open source programs which has MSN, AOL, etc on that. THen the users who need a ticket for problem solving will be able to get one at the administration panel - THe ticket states the time the respective support guy will talk to him over the issues. If the issues cannot be fixed by that support guy, another ticket will be issued with a thread in a forum for the support people (maybe volunteers, will get ad space, maybe) to check and be signup for the support talk.

Are you saying MyBB should ship with a support ticket system built in? OR are you trying to say that the MyBB team needs a support ticket system on the site (mybboard.net).
