Unlimited attachements

It would be great to add some options about attachements :

-add an title on the attachement link, based on the "Name" sql information (and allow to edit it with the attachement manager) ?
("Name" sql column is actually inused ?)
-add an option to allow unlimited attachement size (per type & for all types (global&per group/user?)) ?
-add an option to disable file extention check (global/per group/per user) ?
-add an option for a default filetype logo if unknow type is uploaded and extention check is disabled ?
-add an option to overwrite the filetype size (allowing illimited too) or option global check if extention check is disabled) ?
