  1. You can do that I believe with tags like {siteurl}. I forgot the exact tag though.

  2. First Board URL settings is hardly to be found empty, if not to say impossible, plus you can type it manually anyway.

  3. If your board URL was empty, you would know... several things would be broken.

  4. I would to say : if your website url is empty, write board url ;)
I suggest that because I often forget it in mass mail :-/

  5. You can already use {bburl} to put in the link to your forum...

  6. Question: Is it that difficult to type in " Visit http://dennistt.net/forum "?

    Answer: No!

Question: Is it more difficult to remember which tag to use to show the URL (is it {siteurl} or {$siteurl} or {$mybb->settings['bburl']} or {bburl}) than to read the site's URL in your browser's address bar, and even copy and paste it if you don't feel like retyping it?

    Answer: Yes!

  8. I know that I have sent the mass email and then realize I had forgotten to type my name or URL, so I do agree that at least the signature we use on the board should automatically be at the end of the email...like it is if we sent a PM! Thumbs UP!!!!!
