A way to choose in the ACP what happens to a specified user when he next signs in. For example, display a message to the user (error message style), jump to a specific page, or maybe prompt them to change their password. There would be a checkbox to choose whether this is one time only or should happen for every subsequent login. This would be useful for admins who wish to display a full-page announcement to all users upon login, or maybe just to notify a user of a small event without sending or wanting to receive back PMs.
