Like in vBulletin. I think it would make a great addition. Just a thought.

  1. Personally, I think the link to the post in the thread is good enough... no need to add an extra page for a single post when it can just be viewed as part of the thread just as easily.

  3. This also creates a problem for search engines as it can make duplicate content. I don't agree that we need this. Who needs to read only a single post in a thread without knowing the whole thread?

  5. I would agree with MrDoom. I much prefer seeing posts in the context of the thread in which they are posted. For that reason, the vBulletin style isn't ideal.

    I think the current direct post link is the better option.
